Life was beginning to seem meaningless,
Nothing really mattered anymore,
Everything around me wasn’t working
I had completely given up on love….
The perfect boy seemed like a dream
The perfect relationship was a fading memory
The perfect life was all in my imagination
The perfect love story did not exist
That was before I met you,
Before you showed me love exists
That was before you made my dream come true
Before you showed me I could have the life I wanted…
I know that with you,
Everything matters in a good way
With you everything around me is working
You showed me what I thought I would never see…
